1 The Inaugural Kami Lee Poole Memorial golf outing Butler Country Club - July 2, 2015 Registration 12:30pm Shotgun Start 1:30pm Dear Friends, This year will mark the Inaugural Kami Lee Poole Memorial golf outing . An event we hope will become a Tradition. Our goal is to help raise money for the research of breast cancer in young women and support a cause that Kami volunteered for and felt strongly about. Above all, we want this to be a day to celebrate Kami s life and legacy and we would like all of you to join us through your sponsorship, donations and camaraderie.

2 The two organizations your sponsorship will support are A Glimmer of Hope Foundation, who funds the largest pre-menopausal breast cancer study in the United States and Lending Hearts, whose mission is to provide emotional and social support for children and young adults with cancer and their families through unique activities and community outreach. We need your support! Please help to make this event a memorable and successful one. Together with your support, we can make this an annual event that will bring the community together as well as raise funds for these two important organizations every year.
