1 WILDEWOOD Community Association 301-862-1478 Welcome to WILDEWOOD ! We would like to take this opportunity to assist you in becoming better acquainted with the community, and begin utilizing the many amenities provided to the Automatic and Elective Recreational Facility members of the WILDEWOOD Community Association, also known as the WCA . The following is a description of each type of membership. Please note, Non-WCA members only have access to the pool. 1. Recreational Facilities Automatic Members are WCA members who belong to a WCA homeowners association where their Recreational Facilities fees are automatically collected with their individual HOA fees.

2 Members with current WCA photo IDs will be automatically registered in the system for access to all Recreational Facilities. Members who do not have an access card will need to come to the LODGE for card registration and issue. Automatic members do not need to renew membership annually. The membership rolls over from year to year unless you move. Please notify our office in the event of relocation. 2. Recreational Facilities Elective Members are WCA members who belong to a WCA homeowners association that provides for elective Recreational Facilities membership.

3 The basic WCA general membership provides the member the ability to utilize the LODGE with a WCA photo ID access card. If an elective member would like to enjoy the tennis courts, pool, and enhanced LODGE benefits, they will need to register as an Elective Recreational Facilities member and pay the annual Recreational Facilities fee. The recreational membership fee for 2017 is $400. The Recreational Facilities membership ends on December 31st, and will not be reinstated until the following year s recreational fee has been paid.

4 3. Non-WCA Pool Memberships The WCA will continue to offer pool membership to non-WCA members for the 2017 pool season. Pool members will be required to pay the annual pool fee and register for a photo ID access card. The pool membership does not include access to the LODGE or the tennis courts. The pool access cards will be activated upon receipt of payment and will be deactivated at the end of the pool season for the year. The Non-WCA member pool membership fee for 2017 is $600. The WCA main office is located at 23050 WILDEWOOD Drive inside the LODGE (next to the pool complex).

5 The WCA General Manager is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 5:00 to assist you in all WCA matters. Please feel free to contact our office at 301-862-1478, or by email at WCA membership provides you with many opportunities to experience all of the WCA amenities, such as the pool complex, exclusive LODGE privileges, tennis courts and various recreation areas. We encourage you to visit the amenities and get involved in all the WCA has to offer to the members. Please contact our office as soon as possible to make an appointment to complete your membership registration and to receive your photo access cards to enter the WCA facilities.

6 The LODGE is the WCA clubhouse and the WCA information hub. The LODGE is open every day of the week for members, and offers a variety of classes, clubs and groups for members of all ages! Come join us for community and holiday events, exercise classes, movie nights, scout meetings, Mom s club, hanging out with friends, and much more. The LODGE is also available for Automatic and Recreational Facilities member rental for private parties and events, big or small. Each member household receives one Annual Recreational Facilities Member Rental Discount Benefit with their recreational facility membership in 2017.

7 This benefit provides each member an opportunity to rent the LODGE once in the calendar year for a discounted fee of $ Additional rentals will be subject to standard rental fees. Please contact the Assistant Manager to register for the exclusive community intranet, the WW-Link, which will provide you instant access to community announcements, activity calendars, membership forms, the ability to receive WCA updates emailed directly to you, and so much more. When you register you will also receive personalized access cards for your family which will grant them access to the LODGE , Pool and Tennis Courts.

There is fun for everyone at the pool! There are two competition pools (we have a fantastic swim team program), a leisure pool, a baby pool and a splash pool. The pool also offers group and private swim lessons, availability for birthday and private pool parties, and lots of summer fun for everyone. 9 The tennis courts are also included in your recreational facility membership. The courts are open from 5:00 11:00 on a first come, first serve basis. The court policies are posted on the ww-link and at the courts. We hope you enjoy walking or cycling along the tree-lined paths throughout the community, team sports at the recreation areas, a game of basketball, or fun time with the kids at the tot lots.
