Review all systems and processes, identify weaknesses and deficiencies, make recommendations for improvement as necessary Maintain trust and confidentiality on personnel matters Ensure compliance with local labor laws, project contract requirements, and US Government regulations Other duties as assigned Liberia- US Clinical Trials Partnership Program NIAID DCR Ebola Response OGRAM 14TH STREET, TUBMAN BOULEVARD, SUITE 1 MONROVIA, LIBERIA Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Business, Management, or related field. Master s degree preferred Minimum 7 years experience in HR or personnel management for a large enterprise/organization.

3 Experience US Government or internationally funded projects strongly preferred.
