DVT- Sensor assemblies are designed as replacement or maintenance parts for automotive and light truck vehicles that have an Original Equipment Manu-facturers(OEM) factory installed tpms :DVT- Sensor assemblies are designed and manufactured to operate in a specific motor vehicle refer to the DVT- Sensor application guide or the specific vehicle application. Improper Installation or incorrect use of DVT- Sensor application may result in the failure of the properoperation of the tpms system.

3 DO NOTinstall DVT- Sensor assemblies in damaged wheels. DVT- Sensor assemblies are designed and manufactured to operate in Original Equipment(OE) wheels and tires only. If Original Equipment(OE) tires and/or wheels are not used, the tpms System and the low tire inflation warning threshold of the vehicle s tpms Systemmay not function or may function incorrectly. If Non-Original Equipment(OE) also known as Aftermarket wheels and/or tires is installed, it is the responsibility of the owner to ensurethat the tpms System is working correctly. Failure to follow Installation Instructions or the use of the improper tpms sensors may result in motor vehicle tpms System failure causingproperly damage, personal injury or of DVT- Sensor when using the DVT-SV-1 Snap-In valve stem1.

4 Inspect and clean the valve stem hole of any dirt, debris and corrosion to ensure a clean smooth Using a quality torque driver (Dynamic DY-002A) to confirm that the torque of the 7 mm valve stem nut to the DVT- Sensor body is at 12 in-lbs ( N m).3. Apply a small amount of an approved lubricant to the valve stem and then install the DVT- Sensor using a standard rubber snap-in valve stem Installation of DVT- Sensor when using the DVT-CV-1 Clamp-In valve stem1. Inspect and clean the valve stem hole of any dirt, debris and corrosion to ensure a clean smooth Using a quality torque driver (Dynamic DY-002A) to confirm that the torque of the T-10 screw to the DVT- Sensor body is 12 in-lbs ( N m).

Remove the DVT- Sensor valve cap and 11 mm hex nut from the valve Position the DVT- Sensor assembly into the valve hole and then hand-tighten the hex nut until the assembly is Using a quality in-lb torque wrench (Dynamic DY-001A) to tighten the hex nut to 35 in-lbs (4 N m).NOTE: Each time a tire is serviced or dismounted, or if the DVT- Sensor is removed, it is MANDATORY to replace the snap-in valve stem (DVT-SV-1), or the service kit for theDVT-CV-1 clamp-in valve Vehicle Relearn:To complete the DVT- Sensor Installation procedure, the OEM vehicle specific Relearn procedure must be followed. The OEM Relearn may require a specialTPMS activation / OBD scan tool and may require a visit to your local tpms tire shop.

6 For questions regarding Installation or relearn procedures contact Tech Support at: 1-800-508-4058 or E-mail: using DVT- Sensor will the DVT-CV-1 Clamp-In valve stem, the Hex Nut must be properly installed and tighten to 35 in-lbs (4 N m) for proper Installation . Follow the Instructions carefully and use a torque wrench to ensure proper Installation . Failure to torque the hex nut properly will void the warranty and the tpms may not function properly. DO NOT OVER-TORQUEthe hex nut, whereas this may lead to a cracked or a broken valve stem and will not be covered under :Dynamic Automotive warrants that the DVT- Sensor Multiple-Vehicle-Application Sensor shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twelve (12)months or 12,000 miles of use, whichever comes first, after the sale of the product to the customer.

7 In even that within the warranty period of Dynamic Automotive confirms that a productis defective, Dynamic Automotive will replace the product at no cost to the customer. If it is determined that the product has been subject to accident, misuse or abuse, this warranty andthe limited obligations hereunder will be void. This is the sole and exclusive warranty and liability to customer. Dynamic Automotive expressly disclaims any other warranty including thewarranties of merchantability, aptitude for another implicit purpose of expression of warranties.
