This revision incorpo-rates Army policy on shipments after use ofJoint TRAVEL Regulations (JTR) weight allow-ance; use of orders in combination;shipmentsfor military members with a homebase or ad-vanced assignment; shipments of householdgoods to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or aUS Territory or possession when a militarymember is assigned to a restricted area out-side the continental United States(CONUS);a n d s h i p m e n t o f u n a c c o m p a n i e d b a g g a g ewithin CONUS.
