Adds paragraph 4-703.11(D) to clarify the minimum chlorine residual required when manually spraying the sanitizer onto a food-contact surface. Amends 4-802.11(C) to clarify the term Ânapkinsà applies only to cloth napkins [2013 FDA Food Code change].
