1 turn self in Program Under this Program you may turn yourself in without posting a bond. You are required to bring non refundable fee for each warrant. You can turn yourself in without being detained on any Monday thru Thursday between the hours of 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM. This must be done in person at the Minnehaha County Jail at 500 N Minnesota Avenue Sioux Falls SD. This process involves filling out an information sheet and receiving a court date for the next day at 9:00 AM. Court dates will not be set on holidays. If you do not appear at this hearing a fail to appear warrant will be issued for your arrest. Some warrants do not qualify for this Program .
