4 Togetherthey offer a wide range of sprinklers from whichto choose when designing a standard coveragefire sprinkler system. Standard Response Sprinklersare intended foruse in fire sprinkler systems designed inaccordance with the standard installation rulesrecognized by the applicable Listing or Approvalagency. There are two types of standard responsesprinklers bulb type and solder TY-B bulb type sprinklers are available in avariety of attractive finishes that blend wellwith their surroundings. When in service,a small bubble in the fluid contained inthe bulb compensates for normaltemperature changes. When heated, thefluid in the bulb expands and shatters thebulb allowing water to be discharged.
