Each week, starting the week you fi le your claim: Complete a minimum of four (4) job contacts (or the number assigned to you) each week. (See page 15.) Use the Job Contacts forms in this Guide to record your activity. (See pages 31-34.) You must report employment, self-employment, and other earnings when you certify each week. Non-reporting of earnings can result in an overpayment, penalties and potential for one year fraud determination.
