Fabricating 8, 13 and 20 tonne capacity tanks out of 6mm sheets of mild steel which are rolled and welded together in sections to form the size of the tank required.)

3 As the tar needs heating in the tank burner tubes are fabricated and welded using 304H stainless steel a high temperature resistant steel using TIG welding process. Fabricating mudguards using aluminum 3mm sheets. Fabricating tank mounts that mount the tank to the chassis of a wagon. Lengthening and shortening the wagon chassis depends on which tank is going onto which wagon (in this process, a section of the carbon chassis is chopped out or put in, it is then welded using a TIG root and hot pass with a MIG welder, MIG TIG MMA welding on mild and carbon steel, stainless steel TIG welding, aluminum TIG welding, pipefitting and welding. Rigging and lifting using overhead and mobile cranes, chain blocks, slings and chains, winches, turfers, beam clamps, all aspects of rigging including lift plans. AS SPRAY TANKER OPERATIVE Operating Large Mobile Spray Tankers, spraying bitumen emulsion onto the existing road surface followed by a chipping machine to dress the coated surface with chippings before finally rolling these in to achieve good embedment before opening the road to traffic.)

Fabricating and working out where all the steel pipe / tubes will go for the tar to get to a spray bar which I also fabricate and maintain at the very back of the wagon (this takes quite a bit skill to achieve this they also have to return back into the tanker). Also working in the yard, building and installing tankers mounts that also involved rigging and fabricating. Pipefitting and Welding from a blank canvas (with no drawings, just experience) to work out where all these pipes go.
