9 This warranty is not extended to any other person or entity and is not transferable or assignable to any subsequent purchaser or owner. Coverage under this warranty will end upon any such subsequent sale or other transfer of title to any other person. For product purchased in Canada, please refer to the Canada Limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights which vary from state to warrants the base frame to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase from Invacare or a dealer, with a copy of the seller s invoice required for coverage under this warranty.

10 Invacare warrants all electronics and electrical components (excluding batteries), motors, powered seating actuators and gearboxes to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year for the TDX SI and thirteen (13) months for the TDXSI-2 and TDXSI-HD from the date of purchase from Invacare or a dealer, with a copy of the seller s invoice required for coverage under this warranty. Invacare warrants all batteries to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase from Invacare or a dealer, with a copy of the seller s invoice required for coverage under this warranty.
