1 Verbal Consent Confirmation for Electronic transactions Following our recent meeting, we would like to confirm our discussion about the Electronic transactions that you completed with us and provide you with some additional information. 1. You agreed to receive the disclosures, including legal and regulatory information, found in the documents that we verbally listed and presented to you during the eSigning Ceremony (the Transaction Documents ) in Electronic form on the screen of the Electronic device used during our meeting (the Electronic Device ).

2 Any disclosures which were not delivered to you in Electronic form were delivered on paper. 2. You agreed that when you signed your name with the stylus ( Electronic Signature ), your Electronic Signature is legally binding. 3. You agreed that if you opened a registered retirement savings plan or a registered retirement income fund and the amounts transferred into such plan are from a pension plan or other registered plan governed by the The Pension Benefits Act of Manitoba, then you authorize us to attach the addendum to the application for the plan once the addendum for such plan has been completed by you and you have applied your Electronic Signature to the application.

3 4. If you want to retain a copy of any of the Electronic Transaction Documents for your records, you should print or save a copy. If you are enrolled in RBC Royal Bank Online Banking, then we will provide you with access to copies of the Transaction Documents in RBC Royal Bank Online Banking. 5. You must review the Transaction Documents and notify us of any errors. If you don t notify us of an error in a timely manner, then we will not be responsible for any damages or costs incurred as a result of such errors. 6. Password-protected email and RBC Royal Bank Online Banking are considered Automated Services under the Royal Mutual Funds Inc.
