4 The road, footpaths and street lighting are to be constructed toadoptable standards and strictly in accordance with the Consultant Engineersdetails and drawings. A separate specification isincluded in the contract setcovering the road and associated accommodation to be provided includes a large open production spacewith 2 storey offices. The ground floor of the offices includes the mainentrance and reception leadingto the main accommodation firstfloor contains offices andstaff toilets. Enclosed fire escape/access stairs linkthe first floor offices to the production area and provide means of project has Planning Permission.
