1 As part of the Walgreens CardTM, The Walgreens Wellness Benefit provides you with a choice of two program models, as well as customized funding options to best suit your Options1. The All-Brand Model provides your members with the ability to purchase vitamins and flexible spend-ing account (FSA)-eligible products (excluding prescriptions) with their Walgreens Card. The All-Brand model also includes Walgreens -brand products. Members who purchase Walgreens -brand products will receive 5 percent of the product s price added to the balance of their card which may be used on future purchases.

4 Option 2: On the first of every month, every active card is restored to a balance predetermined by of UseYour members will receive their personalized Walgreens Card along with a welcome letter explaining the program. They simply need to bring the card into any Walgreens store and use it at check-out. The register automatically identifies the eligible items, and payment for them is deducted from the card s balance.
