As you may know, our bank was founded in 1904 in Camden, and we remain headquartered there today. We have grown to 22 branches across the state, including several locations near Bethune (Kershaw 17 miles; Bishopville 15 miles; Camden 20 miles). The office will reopen Monday, June 4th, as the newest First Palmetto Bank branch. 5 Your new bank routing and transit (ABA) number is 253271916. Your Sandhills Bank checks and deposit slips will process as normal through Friday, June 1st. Beginning Monday, June 4th, please visit your local First Palmetto branch location to order First Palmetto checks. If you would like identical checks to those you are currently using, please provide your order form from your existing Sandhills Bank checkbook. Account Statements Your final account statement with Sandhills Bank will be issued on Friday, June 1st. This statement will include activity on your account up to final processing by Sandhills Bank. We will try to accommodate you by maintaining your existing statement cycle date. However, it is possible your statement date may be modified. Electronic Statements (eStatements) In preparation for the upcoming transition, we suggest you download your previous electronic statements and transaction history from Sandhills Bank prior to Friday, June 1st to ensure you have copies for future reference.

6 This will ensure you have access to historical account information that is critical for income tax preparation. If you are currently enrolled in electronic statement delivery, your enrollment WILL NOT transition with the branch acquisition. Beginning Monday, June 4th, you may enroll in Electronic Statements with First Palmetto Bank through Online Banking at Certificates of Deposit & IRAs Account numbers WILL NOT change. The terms and conditions of your existing Certificate of Deposit (CD) and/or Individual Retirement Account (IRA) will not change until maturity. First Palmetto Bank will mail you a maturity notice at least 20 calendar days prior to the maturity of your CD and/or IRA. First Palmetto Bank will not provide monthly statements for CDs or IRAs, but account activity may be accessed through Online Banking or the First Palmetto Mobile App.

7 Safe Deposit Boxes Your current safe deposit box with Sandhills Bank will remain in the branch and become an account of First Palmetto Bank. Your safe deposit box number will not change. Billing and due dates will not change, and First Palmetto will honor the terms and conditions of your safe deposit box lease. ACCOUNT & STATEMENT INFORMATION On Friday June 1st the transition to First Palmetto Bank will begin. Important!It is necessary for you to order new checks at your local branch beginning Monday, June 4th. If your checks are ordered through a vendor other than First Palmetto Bank, they must be re ordered using the new routing/transit number (that will replace the old number): 253271916 and new Bank name: First Palmetto Bank. Please call us or stop by your local branch for additional information.

8 Special Note Deposit Account Features The features of your Sandhills Bank deposit account may be modified to a comparable First Palmetto Bank account plan. You will be notified in a separate mailing if the features of your existing account are changing. Additional information about First Palmetto Bank deposit plans are available in the Account Disclosures packet accompanying this WELCOME Guide. 6 Direct Deposits & Direct Debits Direct deposits and direct debits currently set up through Sandhills Bank are scheduled to process without interruption after Friday, June 1st. You should verify with all originators that your new First Palmetto Bank information is updated to the below: Bank Name: First Palmetto Bank Account Number: Your Existing Account Number New Routing/Transit (ABA) #: 253271916 Effective Date: Monday, June 4th Address: First Palmetto Bank 407 E DeKalb St Camden, SC 29020 Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) You may continue to use the checks you currently have to access your Home Equity line until Friday, June 1st.

9 New checks may be requested at your local First Palmetto branch beginning Monday, June 4th. Loan payment due dates will not change. If your line of credit payment is set for automated draft, you will begin receiving a billing notice from First Palmetto Bank. If you would like the draft to continue, please contact your local First Palmetto Bank branch. Loans Loan account numbers WILL NOT change. Beginning Monday, June 4th, you may deliver your loan payment to any First Palmetto branch location, pay via transfer in Online Banking, or mail it to: First Palmetto Bank Attn: Loan Operations PO Box 861 Camden, SC 29021 The terms and conditions of your account will not change. Payment due dates will not change. If you currently receive a loan statement or billing notice, you will begin receiving a billing notice from First Palmetto Bank.

Please destroy your Sandhills Bank coupon book when you receive your first billing notice from First Palmetto Bank. If your loan payment is set for automated draft, you will begin receiving a billing notice from First Palmetto Bank. If you would like the draft to continue, please contact your local First Palmetto Bank branch. Loan payments will be credited on the same business day received. If you used a third party bill payment vendor, please update the new bank name, bank address, and new routing/transit number (253271916). A Notice of Mortgage Transfer will be sent in a separate mailing. Debit Cards Sandhills Bank Debit Cards will be replaced with First Palmetto Bank Debit Cards.
