1 Griffin Centre promotes positive change for vulnerable youth and adults with mental health challenges and/or developmental disabilities and their families. We are dedicated to delivering innovative services and developing creative partnerships that enhance lives and communities. Griffin Centre is an accredited, non-profit, charita-ble, multi-service, mental health agency providing flexible and accessible services to youth, adults and their families. We offer a range of professional services including; assessment, service coordination and planning, individual, family and group counselling, special-iz ed day/residential services and respite services. We are committed to fostering positive change and a culture of respect, acceptance and safety for youth and adults with challenging needs so that they have a place to belong, and oppor-tunities to build skills, confidence and connec-tions to make the transition to a satisfying life.

3 When to call WIT: Service Coordinator is unsure of who to contact in the system Complex service situation requiring government/ cross sectoral and inter ministrial responses Service Coordinator needs help in developing an interim service plan Child/Youth needs specialized supports as part of a transitional support plan Who can access? Children & Youth who are between 0 18 years of age; Have needs that cross sectors; and Require highly individualized treatment plans Live in the City of Toronto; Location: Griffin Centre How can we help?
