Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act
The purpose of the WIOA Guidelines for Adults, Dislocated Workers, and Youth is to provide Local Workforce Development Boards (Boards) with criteria and documentation sources for establishing WIOA Title I program eligibility for adults, dislocated workers, and youth.
