DEFINITIONS In this Agreement: the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement of Lease will take preference over any terms and conditions that is contained in Annexure s hereto, in the event of conflicting interpretation; words importing any one gender shall include the other, and words importing the singular shall include the plural and vice versa (the other way around); the headings of paragraphs are used for reference only and are in no way to be deemed to explain, modify, amplify or aid in the interpretation of the Agreement; reference to the Lessor shall at all times include reference to the Lessor s duly appointed and authorised agents from time to time; reference to persons shall include natural persons, juristic persons and trusts.
