Because everyone knits to a different row gauge, some knitters will have extra yarn, some will run out and some will just make : With #7 needle and Smoothies, Cast on 200sts. Knit 1 row as follows: 4sts border, Place marker. 196sts body. Change to work as follows:Row 1: (RS) K1, SSK. Knit until 1 stitch before marker. Work knit Front/Back increase on next stitch. Move marker. K4sts border. Row 2: Knit until 3sts before the end K2-tog,K1. Repeat 2 row pattern until all stitches are gone or enough yarn remains to bind off.
