It is a unique opportunity foryoung people who have both a passion for international devel-opment and the potential to become future global YPP is designed for highly qualified and motivated individuals skilled in areas relevant to the World Bank's operations such as economics, finance, education, publichealth, social sciences, engineering, urban planning, and natural resource management. In order to be competitivefor this highly selective Program , candidates would need todemonstrate a commitment to development, supported byacademic success, professional achievement, and potential forleadership.
