CHAPTER 19CONCRETESECTION BC provisions of this CHAPTER shall govern thematerials, quality control, design and construction of concreteused in Plain and reinforced concreteshall be designed and constructed in accordance with therequirements of this CHAPTER and ACI 318 as amended in Sec-tion 1908 of this code.
