The facilities to which these rules and regulations apply are the LincolnTunnel, the Holland Tunnel, the George Washington Bridge Upper and LowerLevels, the Bayonne Bridge, the Goethals Bridge and the Outerbridge a screening for hazards, the USDOT has developed a regulatory classificationsystem for HAZARDOUS MATERIALS .
