Dynamic range and sensitivity of the Quant-iT™ PicoGreen® dsDNA assay. Calf thymus DNA was added to cuvettes containing Quant-iT™ PicoGr een® dsDNA reagent diluted in 10 mM Tris-HCl, 1 mM EDTA, pH 7.5 (TE). The samples were excited at 480 nm and the fluo res cence emission intensity was measured at 520 nm using a spectrofluorometer.
