2010 FLORIDA BUILDNG CODE, FIRE AND LIFE SAFETYi Changes between the 2006 and 2009 Editions of the International Codes account for the vast majority of changes to the 2010 FLORIDA Building Code. This is the first edition of the FLORIDA Building Codes containing marginal markings to reflect changes in the base code. The base code adopts a new convention in which selected definitions where the term is used in the body of the code are shown in italics.
