Even though not incurred in connection with a disease or injury, Covered Medical Expenses include charges incurred by a female age 35 or over for a routine mammogram, as follows: Routine mammograms for a person age 35 or over are covered once per calendar year. Pap Smear Charges incurred for a Pap smear required in connection with a disease or injury are included as Covered Medical Expenses.
