THE PORT AUTHORITY OF NEW YORK AND NEW JERSEY AIRPORT RULES AND REGULATIONS Issued by: The Port Authority of NY & NJ Aviation Department Issue Date: August 4, 2009 08/04/2009 II FOREWORD Commensurate with the management of the airports coming under the jurisdiction of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, the Air Terminal RULES and REGULATIONS as set forth herein have been adopted in the interest of safe, efficient, and environmentally sensitive operation, and apply to John F. Kennedy International, LaGuardia, Newark Liberty International, Stewart International and Teterboro Airports. The Managers of these airports are authorized to act for the undersigned in connection with all Port Authority RULES and REGULATIONS .
Airport bulletins may be issued by the Managers as necessary to amend these Rules & Regulations. Issued August 4, 2009, pursuant to Article IX of the by-laws of The Port Authority’s of New York and New Jersey adopted at a meeting of the Board of Commissioners held on July 26, 2007, and amended at a meeting of that body on May 22, 2008.
