The learning evironment generated by the new technologies are not cicunscribed to the scoolarspace or the formal education, neither to an educatioal form in particular, we are talking aboutthose evironments where the contidions are created for the individual acquisitions of new knowl-edge, abilities, experiences, and elements that generates on the individual an analysis and reflec-tion processes and its appropriation.
