As directed by Cabinet, National Treasury is working jointly with the Presidential INFRASTRUCTURE Coordinating Commission (PICC) secretariat, the Departments of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation (DPME) and Economic Development (EDD) to establish the FACILITY .
