175 Chapter 8 Interpretation of ResultsAt its core, the DiSC model is designed to be simple to understand and easy to remem-ber. The respondent needs to be able to leave a DiSC experience with clear, simple princi-ples that can be understood and applied in the real world. For this reason, the DiSC map is divided into four basic quadrants, even though there is a diversity of behavior repre-sented in any single quadrant.
