Competency Based Orientation Program Objectives
1 Welcome to Critical Care This list of Competency statements has been developed to facilitate the new nurse s acquisition of technical skills, and subsequent integration into Critical Care at the Brant Community Healthcare System. It is the responsibility of the orientee to have the preceptor/mentor sign the Competency statement list, which will be reviewed at intervals during the Orientation process. Please have this Orientation package with you when completing your clinical hours.
