A brilliant strategy may put a company on the competitive map and increase its performance. Unfortunately, most companies struggle with implementation . Enterprises generally fail at execution because they go straight to structural reorganization (which produces only short-term gains) and neglect the most powerful drivers of effectiveness decision rights and information flow. What is the way to implement the business strategy effectively and which obstacles can harm the successful implementation ?
