APPROVAL OF SEWERS A. The Division of Environmental Management shall approve new construction, extensions into new areas, and replacement sewers. The County Health Departments will review and approve all collection systems which connect to a subsurface treatment and disposal facility.
C. Gravity sewer collection systems which are greater than three miles in length and have a design flow greater than or equal to one MGD shall require an Environmental Assessment be completed and approved prior to submittal of the collection system for a permit.
