Precisely, the study sought to determine the influence of workforce demographics on turnover, assess HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PRACTICES that account for turnover and analyse the relationship between HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PRACTICES and turnover in the hotel industry in Cape Coast and Elmina.
to inquire human resource management practices which affect employee’s turnover in the hotel industry within Elmina and the Cape Coast Metropolis.
