Quantiferon test active or latent TB. Baseline hormone/endocrine profile FSH, LH, oestradiol/testosterone prolactin 9am cortisol, ACTH. TSH, free T4. glucose, IGF-1. (Additional bloods for combination Immunotherapy Amylase, lipase).
