Confirm chain is knot-free. 5. While holding chain firmly, use plastic loop to remove shipping foam insert from inside nipple. Do not let go of chain: It will retract into body and be irretriveable. 6. While holding chain firmly, retract chain slowly until gauge shows tank depth (determined in step 1) and mark chain at bottom of nipple.
