Kentucky Academic Standards VISUAL AND PERFORMING arts Kentucky Academic Standards June 2015 Kentucky Department of Education Education Goals These capacity and goal statements of the Kentucky Education Reform Act of 1990, as found in Kentucky Revised Statute (KRS) and KRS , are the basis for instructional programs in Kentucky public schools.
