Office of Developmental Programs Supports Coordinator Orientation Supports Coordinator s Copy Supports Coordinator (SC) Copy of SC Orientation 2 Last Updated 11/2017 Introduction As per the current approved Consolidated or Person/Family Directed Support (P/FDS) Waivers, it is a requirement of the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) that new Supports Coordinators (SCs) complete the ODP required SC Orientation Curriculum with the guidance of a SC supervisor/designee(s). This Orientation must be completed within 30 days of hire and must be completed prior to a new SC working independently with an individual or individual s family. The SC will receive 8 hours of training for completing the Orientation, which will be counted toward the required minimum 24 hours of training and professional development for the fiscal year.
