Presenting your Case in ArbitrationAlthough Arbitration does not have many of the formal rules and procedures used in court, it is important to remember the arbitrator s decision is final and binding on the parties. Courts can only overturn or change an arbitrator s final award for very limited reasons; therefore, parties need to be prepared to present their best order for the arbitrator to decide in favor of a party, the party must provide sufficient clear and convincing evidence to support their claims.
