The Project Manager, with close collaboration and support from Team Members, is responsible for the development and Management of the estimates and budgets for Preliminary Engineering (PE), Right of Way (RW) and Construction (CN) throughout the entire Project life cycle. Approved estimates are shown in the Six Year Improvement Program (SYIP) and are the official budget for the Project . Monitoring and updating estimates are critical for the accuracy and preparation of the SYIP, federal strategy, prioritization bill, TIP/STIP, etc.
