It comprises a set of interrelating or interacting elements that establish processes which transform inputs into outputs. The IDMS comprises the following systems: a) an Infrastructure planning system ; b) an Infrastructure gateway systems (IGS); c) a construction procurement system (CPS); d) a programme and project management system ; e) an operations and maintenance system Risks are managed within each of these systems.
