REGULATIONS IN TERMS OF THE PUBLIC FINANCE Management ACT, 1999: Framework FOR Supply Chain Management Definitions 1. In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise indicates, a word or expression to which a meaning has been assigned in the Public Finance Management Act, 1999, has the same meaning as in that Act.
