The assessment of clinical risk in mental health services
clinical risk in mental health services from different perspectives. The survey was used to record clinicians’, patients’ and carers’ experiences of risk and safety assessment. Their views on the use of risk assessment tools and how they might be improved to benefit overall patient safety were also recorded.
