UCAA Primary Application Instructions
Primary Application . The Primary Application to the Uniform Certificate of Authority Application (UCAA) is designed for use in the formation of a new insurer, or for an existing insurer to use in making Application to redomesticate to another state. A Uniform State is one that is committed to using the UCAA review process for company licensing and admissions.
