More replete information is available in Lawrence C. Hamilton's Statistics with Stata , Christopher F. Baum's An Introduction to Modern Econometrics Using Stata , and A. Colin Cameron and Pravin K. Trivedi's Microeconometrics using Stata . See: . Readers on the Internet: I apologize but I cannot generally answer Stata questions.
