3. THE STRATEGIC COMMUNICATION PLAN The effectiveness of development interventions depends, for a large part, on how they are communicated to the stakeholders. Therefore, this SCP is developed to ensure all technical interventions, activities, and their results are communicated to the project’s stakeholders in a timely manner.
