Conception and Definition of the Democratization of Education
Thus, in the Pedagogical encyclopedia (1989), the democratization of education is defined as: A process in the world, in certain countries and areas in which the inherited class and other restriction in access to the realization of the right to education is avoided, ways of its mass use are opened at all levels.
