4 Important Buttons and Links The Mega Menu Bar The Mega Menu Icon Name Description Home Page The main page when you log in. What you see depends on how your corporation is set up as well as your privileges and security. Note: If you log in and see the Message Center page, it means ADP has pushed out an important message. Once you mark it as read, the next time you log in you see the Home Page. Resources Provides you with access to Company Policies, frequently asked questions about ADP WORKFORCE Now, Manager Tools, Forms Library, Tools/References and Practitioner Tools. Myself Update your professional development data or simply check your Benefits enrollments and access Time & Attendance tasks such as entering your hours and approving your timecard.

5 My Team Information about your direct reports, including your employee s job profile, employment information, pay rates and time off requests. In addition, you can use this menu to conduct employee performance reviews if you also purchased the Talent feature. Copyright 2016-2017 ADP, LLC. Important Buttons and Links (cont.) The Mega Menu Icon Name Description People Manage information for the employees in your company, affecting the whole organization. This includes personal information, pay rate, professional development, time & attendance data and statutory compliance information.

6 This menu item is active for Practitioners. Process Access Time & Attendance, Time Off, Payroll and Year End. You also use this menu to create a Paydata batch and Hire and Terminate employees. This menu item is active for Practitioners. Reports You have access to reports such as My Team Reports, My Reports, Standard Reports, Custom Reports and Cycle Output Reports. If you have purchased all the modules, there are over a hundred reports if you click on Standard Reports and then All Reports. This menu item is active for Practitioners and Managers/Supervisors. Setup Create your corporate setup and options, including custom fields, validation tables, system options and access permissions for other users.

Icons on Top of the Page Additional Menu Icons Additional Menu Icons Icon Name Description Message Center See all system-wide messages, tasks to complete, as well as approvals and notifications. A feature called Alerts displays important news from ADP. If you have direct reports, you can review, approve, or reject time off requests here. Calendar Provides options to display your activity by month, week, or day. You may also click on My Peers under My Calendar to see the schedule for your team or department.

8 Request time off or, if you are a Manager, view your team s calendar. Support Allows you to search through a variety of topics on the whole system, You can search Trainings, Documents, Forms and Resources. This is also where you can email support. Note: This icon appears in the body of various pages throughout the system. Those are for page-level support. Log Out Exits the system securely. This is the most secure way of logging out if you don t plan to use the system for the next while. My Profile Displays information such as your name, Associate ID, title, location and email address. You cannot edit your personal information here. To do so, in the Mega Menu, navigate to Myself > Personal Information > Personal Profile (see pages 13 14).

Changing System Preferences Clicking Preferences under your name allows you to manage your language, security, communication and content information. This table provides a description of each tab located in the Preferences section. Preferences Element Description Language Select your default language. Options are English (Canada) and French (Canada). Seurity Change your password and manage your five security questions and answers. Communication Set one email address to use for all notifications and enter up to eight phone numbers or phone types, such as office, cell, fax, pager, etc.

10 Content Change settings for such things as the list of employees and the default ID to display when you open an employee s record, the default payroll employee list status and reports for all people-related functions.
