1 1 Annual Enrollment Workday faqs As we are preparing to launch the Workday system, we have received several questions from our HR Business Partners and wanted to share them with all of you so that you can better support your associates. We will continue to update this list as we receive additional questions. If you have questions or need assistance, please call our People Services team at 800-421-1362. 1. If associates need help with the Workday system, who should they contact? Associates have multiple resources they can use to get assistance with their Workday questions and answers, including: Using the Workday Guide. Calling People Services at 800-421-1362. The People Services team has received Workday training and are prepared to assist associates with their Workday needs including logging into the system, completing their Enrollment or making changes and assisting with confirming benefits selected.

All of their selections will be put into the Workday system and they can access Workday on Nov. 13 to view their benefit selections.
3 If they have questions about their selections, they can call the People Services team for assistance. 4. Can associates update or change their benefit selections in the Workday system or do they have to call People Services? If associates need to enroll, update or change their benefits selections, they now have two options. They can: Access the Workday System to choose their benefits for 2018. Call our People Services team at 800-421-1362. 5. If associates need help logging into Workday , who should they contact? Associates have multiple resources they can use to get assistance with their Workday questions and answers, including: Using the Workday Guide. Calling People Services at 800-421-1362. 4 Emailing a Workday expert directly at 6. Once associates enroll in Workday , will a confirmation statement be sent to associates prior to Jan. 1, 2018 when Benefits are effective? No. All of the selections made by associates will be in the Workday system and they can access Workday on Nov. 13 to view their benefit selections. If they have questions about their selections, they can call the People Services team for assistance. 3 7. If associates completed their Enrollment over the phone, when will their information be in the Workday system? All of their selections will be put into the Workday system and they can access Workday on Nov. 13 to view their benefit selections. If they have questions about their, they can call the People Services team for assistance. 8. What is the cutoff for associates to access and make changes in the Workday system? Associates need to complete their Enrollment in Workday by Sunday, Nov.
5 12. The Workday system will remain open from Nov. 13 through Nov. 15 at 11:59 pm CT for any associates who need to make last minute changes. 9. If an associate completed their Enrollment on Tuesday, Nov. 7 and then complete another session on Friday, Nov. 10, which selections will be considered final? The selections entered or provided last will be considered their final selections.
