If it is found that the machinery/molds and dies are used for other purposes, the OBOI will consider to revoke the pertinent rights and privileges granted to the company. In this regard, the sub-contractor / contractual party must facilitate BOI officials in the inspection of the use of the machinery/molds and dies at all times. 2. The company must submit evidence of the Transfer of machinery/molds and dies to the sup-contractor /contractual party to the OBOI with in 60 days from the date that Permission being granted.
