3 Theresult is a coaxial speaker with wide, extremelyconsistent 90 coverage on a broadband features include a Kevlar-reinforcedlow frequency cone for reliability, well-dampedsurround for smooth frequency response, hightemperature 75 mm (3 in) voice coil and a reduceddistortion design through saturated-gap magnetgeometry. The high frequency compression driverfeatures a unique patented design, hightemperature polymer diaphragm, and fluid-coolingfor high output levels with low paintable enclosure is constructed of thickABS plus fiberglass and is heavily braced tomaximize low-frequency performance. Thecorrosion-resistant zinc-rich extra-thick powdercoated steel grille is backed with open cell foamand high thread-count mesh, providing excellentprotection in the harshest environments.
